ABOUT FINANCIAL SYNERGIES PLC

Financial Synergies is a company within Sumus PLC, which is the AIM quoted holding company for the Falcon Group PLC. Falcon was established in 1983, originally as a Partnership with five partners in their early 20s. In 1985, they became a Limited Company and in 1988 they converted to PLC status. Now in their 21st year of operation, three of the original partners are still involved in running the business. Falcon have expanded the group steadily and offer a number of value-added services to their business partners. Unusually, Falcon is not only a large IFA in its own right, but also an IFA network. Across all their business relationships they seek to support and enable, creating close and enduring relationships with clients, advisers, business partners and Providers .

CURRENT POSITION

As one of the largest IFA groups in the UK, Falcon achieved a turnover of £10 million in 2004 and net profit before tax of over £500,000, placed over £100m of investment business and over £500m of mortgage business. A full set of audited accounts is available on request. Falcon aim to continue being an independently owned, directly regulated IFA business and intend to keep expanding in a responsible manner, responding to opportunities, whilst maintaining high quality in all their activities.
